If you answered yes to the above, envisage invites you to join the 12 week T.O.T.A.L program, which will have you feeling re-energized in no time at all.
The T.O.T.A.L program has been designed to motivate and encourage you to take
Time Out To Appreciate Life (T.O.T.A.L).
Your commitment to just 4 half hour sessions per week, will allow envisage to work with you to achieve the goals and results you desire, offering motivation, support and guidance throughout your T.O.T.A.L journey.
Upon your initial consultation, envisage will discuss with you: your goals and expectations; conduct a full health and fitness assessment; offer nutrition advice; design an individual program for you; and provide you with the necessary tools and advice you need to keep you on track over the duration of your journey.
